We spent an evening with our friends at Safran. The quality of the food and the service are outstanding. The menu covers a variety of Greek and Fusion dishes and their presentation is perfect. For us the Safran is among the restaurants in Naousa


Our meal at Safran was an incredible experience start to finish. We ordered the “married” fava bean spread, and shared the fish special as our meal- both of which were superb. Our server Mario filleted the fish right at our table, which was so fun to watch. I’d highly recommend this restaurant for top-notch food and service!


You really have to visit this restaurant. Couldn’t get a table as we just turned up but returned an hour later and was well worth the wait . Starters of Greek bruschetta and mince wrapped in cabbage leaves were delicious. Mains of tuna and beef shank were a delight. Good rose wine . Recommended


We have been there twice during our stay in Paros. Good food, nice presentation of dishes and nice place in the narrow streets of the village. Everybody very kind and a special notice for the lady managing the service!

A lovely dining experience. Friendly staff and quality food. Some unusual takes on classic menus. Fava puree shared, lamb shank for hubby and salmon for myself. Very tasty. Great white wine too.

The best meal I’ve had in Naousa! Everything was great but the lamb shank was just the best I’ve had! The service was super accommodating, kind and knowledgeable (I had a few dietary restrictions and they recommended what to order). We will be definitely coming back!

Best restaurant on our trip so far! Went there spontaneously due to unexpected rain and had a very pleasant dinner at this wonderful place! Food 10/10 - scallops and the black ravioli were amazing! Staff is extremely friendly! And value for money unseen for this quality so far in Mykonos and Paros… we will be back!
